Ahmed war unglaublich! So freundlich und wir lernten so viel nicht nur über Essen, sondern auch über Ägypten und Kairo.
Wir machten verschiedene Essensstopps, alles lokale Orte, die wir als Tourist nicht gefunden hätten. Wir hatten großes Glück, die einzigen auf der Tour zu sein. Wir haben so viele verschiedene lokale Speisen probiert, unsere Favoriten waren die Falafel 😍
Danke Ahmed für einen tollen Abend, es war ein echtes Highlight unserer Reise.

Great local food tour
We really enjoyed the food tour with Ahmed and his wife. My wife, 11 year old daughter and I did the tour together. My wife and daughter are both vegetarian and Ahmed was able to accommodate us. We multiple stops for street food, juice, and dessert. None of the places were spots we could have found on our own. We did this tour on the last day of our trip. I really wish we would have done it on the first because it really helped us understand the local neighborhood better. I will be recommending Ahmed to any of my friends traveling to Cairo.

Essen und Kultur
Dies ist nicht nur eine Food-Tour, sondern auch sehr kulturell. Wir waren in lokalen Restaurants, von denen wir nie geträumt hätten, dass sie dort essen. Ahmed war ausgezeichnet und gab viele Informationen über ägyptische Lebensweise.

Cairo street food
The trip was great :) 😊 everybody enjoyed the selection of dishes. We were in three local restaurants and a juice bar with sugar cane juice press and a dessert spot. I have never eaten so much in my entire life!

Unglaublicher Insiderblick auf die Geschmäcker Kairos
Um die Gefühle anderer zu widerspiegeln, gibt es fast keine Möglichkeit, dass Sie bei dieser Tour schief gehen.
Ahmed ist ein liebenswürdiger Gastgeber / Vertreter für seine Stadt und sein Land und hat, ohne alle Geheimnisse und Überraschungen zu verraten, eine charmante Reise durch die Straßen Kairos ausgeheckt. . . während er auf vielleicht die größtmögliche Weise erkundet. . durch unseren Magen!
Der Ausflug ist auf eine sehr durchdachte Art und Weise zusammengefügt und beinhaltet mehrere tolle Überraschungen auf dem Weg.
Kann diese Erfahrung und die damit verbundenen Menschen nicht genug empfehlen. Kommen Sie hungrig an! Du wirst nicht enttäuscht sein.

Really good food tour, you will taste egyptian flavors while walking around like local people do. Ahmed is a great host, we even had a subway ride lol!

Great Family Local Experience!
This was a great experience! What a great way to experience Cairo and the local cuisine.
First off the communication from Ahmed and Shorouk was great. They stayed in touch from the time of the booking all the way through the tour.
They were amazing hosts. Their knowledge of their city and food were top notch. They also have great energy and genuinely came off as loving what they do.
We met Ahmed, Shorouk and their 2 daughters at a juice bar in downtown Cairo and from there we visited several local food spots. They were very accommodating to our group of 4 as a couple of us are vegetarian. One of the highlights was a visiting a local falafel joint where they showed us how they make the falafels from scratch and then we got to enjoy the fresh, warm, crispy, tasty falafels.
We were full at the end of the tour and had to start splitting our food because of how full we were. Everything was really good! Would recommend this tour if you are staying in Cairo!

Fantastische Food-Tour!
Nicht alle Touren sind gleich. Es ist nur so gut wie der Reiseleiter. Ahmed und Souk haben sorgfältig Orte ausgewählt, die von Einheimischen bekannt sind. Ich hatte Glück, eine Solotour mit Ahmed zu haben. An jedem Ort, wo wir hingingen, wurde er wie eine Familie empfangen. Er war echt, freundlich und großzügig.
Ich hatte eine erstaunliche Erfahrung. Er war sachkundig und gut gelaunt. Ich empfehle diese Tour nur, um ihn zu treffen.
