Journey on the Nile
Spent three amazing days on the Nile exploring many interesting sites. We were greeted by our friendly tour guide John who made us feel immediately at ease. John was an extremely knowledgeable guide who not only knew the area well but he was also extremely well versed in ancient Egyptian history. We absolutely loved doing all the tours and I would recommend Journey to Egypt and our guide John to anyone. John also took care of the small things that matter so much such as having cold water and plenty of breaks for coffee. He also took us to the best places to buy souvenirs. John made our three days on Nile unforgettable. Thank you John!

Ages 4 to 80 loved it!
We were a group of 7 ranging from a 4 year old up to an 80 year old so was a bit worried how we could manage but it was all brilliant. The tour guide that journey to Egypt gave us (George) was so experienced and, being a parent, knew how to entertain the kids during the temple visits by making them part of the stories he told. We learnt a huge amount about ancient Egypt, the gods, kings and even hyrogliphs. The package gives lots of flexibility to chop and change things around to suit. The boat we went on was really clean and modern. There were a few things on the programme such as arab costume night, but not all of them were on (or maybe we just didn’t see it) and there probably needed someone from the boat to get people interested in it. Plenty of food served at breakfast, lunch and dinner. We stayed one night in Aswan beforehand and a night in Luxor at the end, which I would highly recommend as there’s some fantastic homely places to stay in both places. Tourist spots can be a bit draining with street sellers constantly trying to sell you stuff. Basically offer them around 1/3 of what they’re asking and you should be fine.

Très belle croisière sur le Nil
Très bon guide (Akram, francophone) à travers ce beau voyage.
On a le temps de profiter des différents lieux.
A bord du bateau, personnel très à l'écoute et sympathique. La cabine était également de bonne facture et pratique.

Fascinating
Great tours of so many sites,.. Philae Temple, Kom Umbu Temple, Edfu Temple, Valley of the Kings, Hatshupset Temple, Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple. Guides Abinob and Mena kept it all light and interesting. The stories behind these temples, pharaohs and kings are so fascinating and presented so expertly.
I really appreciate Mr Osama and Journey to Egypt for putting it all together…. Not only the tours but also the pre-departure Covid test and transport to the airport!
A great 4 days. I wish I had more time!

Worth it!
Best agency I've worked with so far! Mr. Ousama the managing director was very fast his responses to my constant questions and very informative! Two qualities that are very important to expect from an agency when visiting a country that is new to you! We were placed in 5 star accommodations including the Concerto cruise line from Aswan to Luxor in a private tour with an amazing tour guide named Abanoub! I can't thank Abanoub enough for providing us with the best guidance and information about the Pharaohs and the beautiful country of Egypt! He went above and beyond to tell us the history in such a way that we couldn't wait to visit the next temple to hear the rest of the story! He is a top notch guide that is up to date with all the new excavations that are currently happening and knows alot of fun facts! He is also an amazing photographer! Any requests we had such as going to the market or to recharge our phone credit in between excursions and after he made sure we were safe and escorted us along the way ! We are currently in hurghada enjoying the remainder of our trip reminiscing the past three days and how wonderful it was thanks to Journey to Egypt Mr. Abanoub and Mr. Ousama, as well as our private drivers and cruise ship staff and captains!

Incredible Experience on the Nile
Due to time constraints, we were looking for an itinerary that would fit our constraints and still meet our expectations to the visit. The 3 Night Nile Cruise with Journey to Egypt was the perfect decision!
The booking was very smooth and Osama was quick to respond to our questions. The cruise conditions were according to what was promised and the shown pictures, and they've also taken care of our transfers after the cruise.
Regarding the tour, John was the guide we really needed for this visit. Showing up always in time and very clear with the communication, we always felt safe, well informed and in good hands. He regularly checked on us, but John knows how to balance the space and give us the free time we need on our own. It was always pleasant to chat with John and we highly recommend John as the tour guide.
If you are looking for a cuise with a great value for the price, Journey to Egypt is your choice!

Excellent cruise
Excellent cruise and tour. Osama was always especially responsive and helpful, and our three different guides were all very good. John was very nice, and had all the main information on the temples; Arabi was an expert on all the birds in Aswan, as well as a great ambassador for the Nubian culture. And Michael on the last day was absolutely amazing -- extremely knowledgeable and full of stories that really brought all the sites to life.
Just to note that the nature of the cruise itself means that tours are a bit rushed in order to get back to the boat in time for travel.

Epic experience in Egypt (Aswan & Luxor
The experience was superb, nothing like what we have learned here before and believe me our guide Romany Hefzy made visiting the temples a lot more enjoyable and smooth. It could be quite surprising all the things you can see and learn but it was truly incredible and entertaining. I have been to other ancient civilizations sites in places like Latin America (Peru & Mexico) but nothing like this. I do recommend this to anyone who likes a little adventure and ancient cultures. Egypt is still a country that has not been completely discovered at all, so it will still be a destination I will revisit.
Truly epic and will always be in my memories.

What an amazing experience!
Journey to Egypt made everything easy and enjoyable for us. Osama made planing our trip a breeze. Osama was also very attentive, and really went the extra mile to ensure that we have the best experience. We really felt like they took great care if us all the time. We made friends for life with our guide Tamer - we appreciate you a lot friend! What an experience, i would recommend this company to all my personal friends coming to Egypt in the future.

We had an excellent travel experience with Journey to Egypt, especially given to our guide George, who is an outstanding history teacher and storyteller.
In addition to the knowledge transmitted, the punctuality, charisma and professionalism of our guide are noteworthy.
George quickly identified our traveler profile and provided us with the experience we were expecting for.
Regarding the cruise, we traveled on the ship Jaz, which had good on-board service, comfortable room and good meals.
I highly recommend the experience of traveling with Journey to Egypt and, if possible, guided by George.
