A great experience
We had an awesome experience with this company. First of all, we were denied boarding on the airline when we first attempted to leave for Cairo due to a lab stamp being required (by SAS) on the covid test. Hany helped us to completely change all of our plans at the very last minute, and to still get everything done that we had booked. He was so flexible and accommodating, so I was very grateful for that.
Our tour guide was Micheal and he was great. Very knowledgeable, patient and was always there to help out with anything. We took all the optional extras on the trip (highly recommend all of them) and he was there with us the whole way.
It was so nice to have him actually on the ship with us too, as it allowed for some more casual conversation about life in modern day Egypt. With well the hustling that goes on at the tourist areas, it was nice to feel like we had a local friend in Michael who was looking out for us.
It's a great time to visit Egypt right now, the low amount of tourists make it very affordable, it also offers great photo opportunities and ease of movement.
All these good reasons to travel to Egypt right now also represent a struggle within the entire tourism industry there, so we'd like to extend our well wishes to the families of Micheal, Hany, Chesley, and everyone else at Luxor and Aswan travel.

The best experience. Make sure to contact Hany and ask for guide Hassan. You will be well cared for. Hany will take care of all your needs and Hassan is extremely knowledgeable. You will love your trip. Very happy with our trip.

Mohammed Anwer was the best!
The ship we were on, Sonesta St.George was the highest standard. The food was excellent, the staff was helpful, and the rooms and quality of ship was great.
Booking through Luxor and Aswan travel couldn’t have been easier. They worked with us around our dates, and allowed us to board the cruise a day earlier and get off a day earlier which suited our itinerary much better.
Our guide, Mohammed Anwer, is truly the best there is. We saw the other guides on our ship and at the sites telling their groups about the places, and these guides are probably great, but nothing can beat Mohammed. He was fun, kind, knowledgeable and adjusted our itinerary to suite our needs. He also took the best pictures of us and has many connections which will surely make your trip 100x better. Please, if you are looking for truly the best guide for your trip to Egypt, ask for Mohammed Anwer! This is a once in a lifetime trip, so it should be done with the best guide there is.

Best Egypt Experience
We just returned from our custom tour of Egypt with Luxor and Aswan Travel and couldn't have had a better experience. Hany was super in meeting every need and ask from pickup at Cairo airport with visa and guides/drivers to booking 5 star hotels and Nile cruise. We were so lucky to have exceptional and knowledgeable private guides who traveled with us from the pyramids and sphinx, drop off for our flight to Aswan and stay at the Old Cataract hotel with beautiful views of the Nile. Our personal guides and drivers took us to Abu Simbel, shopping and sight seeing at every important site we asked to see. They made recommendations and changes to our itinerary to fit our interests. We didn't have to worry about paying for anything while with them, they took care of lunches, entry fees and even snacks and a stop at the pharmacy. Our guides, Mohammed and Simon were very friendly, had a great sense of humor and were really enjoyable to be with during our tours. We felt so lucky to have a truly private tour at every site to explain the importance of the temples, hieroglyphics and how they were used by the ancient Egyptians. Our guide, Simon, even followed our Nile cruise by car and met us each morning for our private tours. The hot air balloon ride over Luxor and Valley of the Kings is not to be missed. We loved Egypt and Luxor and Aswan tour made our first, post covid travel, an experience of a lifetime. I can't recommend them enough if you are traveling to Egypt and especially if you need help in creating a personalized itinerary that you will never forget. To top it off, our flight was at 1:50 AM and Hany arranged for us to stay later in the hotel, picked us up so we didn't spend hours at the airport waiting and we were met by a Luxor and Aswan representative at the airport who literally walked us through from check in to security. So easy!!! Thank you Hany, Waled, Simon and Mohammed, We very much appreciate being with you for our 10 day trip to Egypt! Thank you.

Esperienza indimenticabile
Premetto che non siamo tipi da crociera ma questa la rifarei di corsa. Prenotato con tour operator egiziano che si è dimostrato eccellente: nave pulita, belle camere, ottimo cibo, piscina molto utile per rendere gli spostamenti piacevoli anche per i bimbi.
Visto Assuan, i meravigliosi templi di: File, Abu Simbel, Kom Ombo, Edfe e il complesso di Luxor dove è terminata la crociera. Qui abbiamo lasciato la nave e trascorso l'ultima giornata nella valle dei Re. Non saprei dire quale sia stato il momento più emozionante, soltanto che potendolo fare è da vedere una volta nella vita.
Sempre accompagnati da una guida egittologa Mustafà Hashem, persona molto piacevole e di grande cultura che ci ha spiegato con grande passione per la sua terra le meravigliose bellezze che custodisce.

Remarkable and Safe experience in Egypt
I couldn’t be any more fortunate than choosing Luxor and Aswan Travel Agency since from early beginning their customer service offer has already exceeded the journey before it even started. HANY is the person in charge available to support you over the phone 24x7 with an incredible hospitality, making your journey so smooth that offers a pristine service since day one - you can count on him for literally everything! Besides that, having a native Egyptilogist (HASSAN) to guide you in English was like watching an episode of NATGEO, but rather than in front of tv you were surrounded by history as a whole! I took the cruise from Aswan to Luxor 4 days 3 nights and sailing aboard the Le Fayan is an unforgettable moment: it’s really a 5 star cabin over the Nile! Everything is comfy, bed is so welcoming and the shower will give you a relaxing moment after a day of sightseeing, plus the crew is ready to feel you like the one! Even traveling solo this time, there are common areas to catch up and meet other people. Food is so fresh and several options are served - from international cuisine to local ones that worth a try! Last, but not least, they have offered me a lifetime experience with a hot air balloon ride that was a blast to face an astonishing sunrise! Book without any hesitation, these guys are in the business to make your best travel ever. Not forgetting to mention that even due COVID-19 situation all their crew is very concerned to follow all safety procedures, from the guy that will pick you up at the airport to the one greeting you in all boat areas - this made me feel very secure during my tenure abroad! Professional outfit, great experience
Everything was expertly organised. What impressed me most was that Luxor and Aswan tours could be easily reached at all times through WhatsApp and they were fast helping with me any kind of request/question. I was also hugely impressed with the knowledge of my tour guide Mohamed.
Normally, I don't really use services of tour outfits and guides and prefer to explore on my own, but it all added so, so much to my experience in Egypt. The archaeological sites are beautiful to see, but with an expert guide they really come alive and you discover all the hidden secrets and history.
The tour delivered on each and every aspect and it was well worth the money. Can recommend it 10/10.

Not luxurious...needs a good clean. And masks!!
Food was good ( breakfast less so...loads of bread, little fruit). Only breakfast tea and coffee included in price ( and not good). Drinks pretty pricey.
Staff generally very friendly, except one very grumpy purser and the dining room boss who not only refused to wear a mask but rudely refused to.
Boat rather tatty / worn. A little time and not much money could fix. A good clean would work wonders, removing dust from cabins!, wipe down dining room seats. Bed comfortable.
No doctor or WiFi on board. Only Arabic TV channels. Late leaving ports, do less time at the temples etc..
Very few passengers wore masks, only some crew. Doubt surfaces disinfected.

Aswan to luxor cruise
We are so glad we decided to see Egypt this way, the cruise was amazing (st. George) but the most special experience has been with our private egyptologist that aswan&luxor assigned for us, Shimaa Esmail, what a woman ! Full of knowledge, she would explain till the most minimum detail about everything in all of the places we went, she is fun, very friendly, she would give us advices and help us negotiate at the bazaars, she is definitely the ideal egypt tour guide that anyone would LOVE to have!
The cruise itself was also unforgettable, delicious food, very attentive and nice personal, the arabian night was my favorite!
Overall we have an outstanding experience with Aswan&luxor ! Definitely will be back with my family !
