Amazing experience
Taalat Abdo is an amazing guide. He was very well organized, knowledgeable, and explained everything with warmth and a touch of humor that made each visit memorable. Thanks to him, we didn’t just see temples, we really understood their history. Highly recommended. :)

Great tour
Excellent guide. Taalat Abdo combined great organization with friendliness, humor, and deep knowledge. He made our temple visits interesting, easy to follow, and really enjoyable. We learned a lot and had a great time. Highly recommended.

Good times and education
We just finished a fantastisk Cruise with a los of great visits to tempel, tombs and great landsites. We traveled as a family of three and shared our guide Mohammad Abdo with another couple. Muhammad did an outstanding job of keeping us updated on plans and schedules, and on sites he was very knowlegdable and informative and had a great way of ensuring that we got the most out of our visits which was no small task since the sites are very popular and at times crowded. We sailed with the ship Residence and we enjoyed the friendly staf and great food.

５つ星の理由がわからない
人生２回目のナイル川クルーズ。今回は家族と行きました。ツアーには往復の送迎がついているものを午前５時半の枠で申し込んだのですが（それしか時間が選択できなかった）、KFCで待ち合わせねというEメールがツアーガイドという人から前日に送られてきました。直前は国際線で移動していたので時差もあり、とりあえずやっと待ち合わせ場所がわかったので、KFCで会いましょうとWhats Up連絡しました。 カイロからアスワンへの国内線が遅れに遅れて（よくあることです）やっと到着、KFCまでのタクシーを手配しながら、念のためにKFCなのですよね、送迎ではなくて。と聞いたら、ツアーガイドはそうだと。会社のほうにも連絡したが無視されました。 結果、エジプトのタクシーでKFCに定刻に行けるはずはなく、早めに行きますよね。日陰がない中３０分待ち待ち合わせの１１時。おなかもすいて、のどもかわいたのでKFCに買いに行ってよいかとガイドにきいたらI could not say NO. 船はあそこだからといわれ（私には降りる階段がどこかわからない）、置いてきぼりにされました。さらに待つこと３０分外で食べました。結果的に、Lunchは１３時半だったので、子供にはおなかすきます。KFCでTake outしたのは正解でした。 ツアーガイドは、考古学解説者としては優秀なのかもしれませんが、船上生活のアシスタントといういみでは過去最低です。フロントやレストランと連携していないし、困りごとがあっても自ら助けない。フロントに聞いても、ガイドに聞けといわれて、何時にどこに行くという予定がギリギリまでわからず（運河を通過する関係上、ルクソールへの到着時刻がずれることは理解しています）、心の準備ができません。最後の日には、船が到着するのは町からとても離れたターミナル（中心部の船着き場につくクルーズを探されたほうが夜遊べます）、周りにはなにもなく、観光バスも３０分遅れで到着、ほかのお客さんはバスでどんどん出発していく。カルナック神殿のあと土産物屋(写真は、2つのうち1つ)に強制連行され時間を無駄にしたあと、夜の神殿へ。２１時までのDinnerをEnjoyしてと、翌朝は５時半までにスーツケースを廊下に出し、部屋から出て気球に行くようにバスの中で２０時前に言われました。最初から５時半スーツケースと分かっていれば、船が動いているうちにパッキングできていたのに。。。 さらに、気球の朝、朝ごはんを食べていると、食べているのに片付けていく・・・とにかく、テーブルを片付けることに命を懸けている人に、なんでチップをあげないといけないのだろうか（チップは封筒に入れて、全員で割り勘するらしいです）？抗議しても英語が通じず、ガイドは見て見ぬふり。それまでにものみかけビールを持っていかれたり、フォークだけもっていかれて食べれなかったり、レストランはさんざんでした。いくつかの食事はおいしかったのにサービスで残念。そして、ほとんど表示がないので、アレルギーもわからず、何がエジプトの名物料理なのか、どのスパイスを挑戦すればいいのかきいてもAs you like といわれ、とうてい５つ星とは思えない。 気球はキャンセルされ、１６ドル返金された。１６ドルで乗れるのなら素晴らしくコスパがいいのだろう。なら、コーヒー飲みたいとレストランにいったら、君はもう朝食は終わっていると。。。あなたにせかされただけですけど。。。気球キャンセルなら７時半集合なのでパッキングもゆっくりできたし、フルーツも楽しめたし。。。気球の日は、早く仕事終わらせて休息したいんでしょうね。つぎにCheck in してくるお客さんがいるので。気球付き！のツアーなので選んだのだけど、部屋から早朝に追い出す戦略だったのかなと。（１１時に次のお客さんは入れるわけなので） 滞在中には、プールタオルを交換したくて、Cabinに降りたけど、在庫がなく、Swimっていったら、プールまで専用のタオルを運んでくださったお部屋係の人、おいしいオムレツを作ってくれた人、いっぱい感謝があるのは事実。初日の魚のフライ？は日本人にもおいしかった。 最後は、やはりホテルまで送ってくださるとのこと。なので、あらためて、クルーズの会社になんで行きは迎えに来てくれなかったのかをきいたら、Booking.comのアラビア語の住所が間違っていたと。。。なんどもホテル名をつたえたのにそれはないだろとおもいながら、送迎がなかったRefundもなかったしと送っても無視。そして、またガイドから何が問題だと連絡が来る。結局、ガイドが、考古学解説者＋陸上・船上のお世話係なのか、船会社の予約係は何なのかわからないけれど、サービスの隙間でいろいろと抜け落ちて、なんらかしか嫌な思いをすることは必須。５つ星ではない。 このガイドさん、フリーランスらしく、レビューを書いてくれとしきりにお願いしていた。だからたくさん名前があるんだなと納得。私はあえてお名前はここには書かないが、考古学解説者としてはいい方だと思います。神殿とかの外に出ているバザール（露店）での買い物時間は０分でした。待ち合わせは、敷地内のカフェ。集合したら。船がバスに直行し、お土産は買えません。ガイドさんにマージンがないお土産物やさんは時間すらもらえない。日本人には英語は聞き取りにくいです。子供が馬車を楽しみにしているのに、早朝で暗いし危ないからバスで行くことを強くお勧めするとおっしゃったり（バスのほうが団体行動、馬車は小集団に分散するので、離合・合流の手間と、チップの手間）子供の夢を壊さないでほしいなと。結果的に、我が家ともう一人馬車に乗り楽しみながらいけました。（ちなみに、ルクソールでホテルに入ったあと、馬車を１７時から２１時まで貸し切って２００ポンドですごく楽しい思い出です。） 総括して、ガイドに何も期待しないなら、リーズナブルでよい船だとは思います。冷蔵庫は冷えず、お湯は出なかったです。あるあるですが、書いておきます。

Unsere Tour mit Imperial...
Unsere Tour mit Imperial Egypt und speziell unser Reiseleiter Hady waren sehr erstaunlich! Er machte die Erfahrung sehr angenehm und einfach für uns. Er ging für alle in der Gruppe auf und darüber hinaus. Die Kreuzfahrt war komfortabel und leicht zu folgen.

The mid awesome first experience doing a cruise through the Nile!
We had an absolutely unforgettable Nile cruise, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Hady. From start to finish, he was amazing—kind, funny, incredibly knowledgeable, and always focused on making sure we were getting the best possible experience and true value for our money. The landscapes along the Nile were breathtaking, and seeing the magnificent temples on both sides of the river was truly incredible. Hady’s explanations brought everything to life: he shared deep knowledge about the temples we visited, as well as fascinating insights into the geography, history, culture, and fun facts of the places we traveled through. We always felt safe, well accompanied, and well taken care of throughout the cruise. We never lacked water or food, and Hady was always happy to accommodate stops or moments for photos and to fully enjoy each site. His organization, calm presence, and passion for what he does made the entire journey smooth and enjoyable. Hady genuinely cares about his guests and goes above and beyond to ensure an enriching and memorable experience. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a well-organized, informative, and unforgettable Nile cruise.

Convenient and well-organized tour with an experienced guide
We visited as a group of three with my parents. Our guide, Hady Ahmed, is a very experienced tour guide with over 22 years of experience, and he has a warm, friendly, and playful personality. He put his heart into every excursion, and his explanations and passion for Egyptian history were truly impressive. My parents are not fluent in English, but Hady was very considerate and patient, so we never experienced any communication issues. Thanks to him, the entire tour felt comfortable and well taken care of. Our vessel was Nile Shams. The cabin condition was quite nice, the food was fantastic, and all of the cabin crew members were warm and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Egypt.
