La tripulación del crucero son un 10. Muy simpáticoa todos! La comida muy buena, es buffet libre y hay siempre opciones variadas. Habitación impecable con cambio de toallas y sabanas y limpieza diaria, camas muy cómodas. Por la noche suelen hacer actividades con musica y baile. Dos días nos metimos en la piscina exterior del crucero.
A pesar de todo esto, tuvimos mala experiencia con el guía que se nos asignó. Fuimos a Abu Simbel y a pesar de compartir muchas horas en bus de camino, en ningún momento nos explicó nada de un sitio tan relevante. Además, no esperaba al grupo ni se preocupaba por si estábamos todos. En fin, un guía muy desorganizado. Sin embargo, la agencia del crucero un 10, se preocupó por nosotros y nos preguntó qué pasaba con el guía, rápidamente solucionaron el problema cambiando el guía por Mido de Imperial Egypt, fue un guía ESPECTACULAR, entregado, motivado y con ganas de transmitur sus conocimientos sobre Egipto. Sin duda uno de los mejores guías que hemos tenido! Por las molestias de los primeros días, la agencia nos invitó a comer en un restaurante, estamos muy agradecidos con la gestión que hicieron.
Con el crucero se visitan templos muy interesantes, pero sin embargo el orden del itinerario esta sujeto a cambios. Por ejemplo, el 3er día nos levantamos muy temprano para ver el templo de Edfu y luego teniamos navegacion hasta las 15-16 hasta Luxor, donde nos tocaba esa tarde ver los templos de Karnak y luxor. Sin embargo, acabamos llegando a las 19:30 y tuvimos que aplazar esas dos visitas a la tarde del día siguiente.
Por último mencionar el tema de las propinas.
El último día se espera una propina para toda la tripulación, la cuam el guía nos dijo que unos 15$ por persona era lo esperado, pero que podiamos dar mas o menos a voluntad de cada uno. Esta se entregaba dentro de un sobre en un buzón de recepción, por lo que no resultaba incomodo ni te sentías bajo presión. También se espera que le des propinas (1€ por persona) a los conductores que te llevan a los templos.
En general muy buena experiencia y recomendable.

Excellent Trip
This was an excellent well arranged trip with our Tour guide Hady. His caring for the group , organisational skills and sense of humour was legendary.
The explanations at each temple was really good and in a manner many of us could both understand and remember.
The rooms on the boat were good, meals were really good. Choice was great with something for everyone.

Great way to see the New Kingdom
The tour is great. Our guide Hady is very informative and very helpful. He makes the entire thing nice and smooth. Everyone on the tour was very nice and the ship is pretty well maintained. The food was pretty good on the ship and everything is prepared for you. All of the temples and sites are pretty cool.

Our tour guide was Hady. He is very knowledgeable and extremely well versed in the subject. He made sure that everyone in the group was very well taken care of. Hady made my trip memorable and probably the best tour of my life.

Exceptional tour
We had the pleasure of spending 3 nights and 4 days on a cruise that started in Aswan and ended in Luxor, and we would like to express our sincere gratitude to our guide, Talaat Abdo, who accompanied us from the moment he greeted us at the airport all the way to helping us settle on the cruise.
During every temple visit, he shared incredibly detailed information, demonstrating his deep knowledge of Egyptian history and culture. He answered every question we asked with patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for his work. Thanks to him, we are leaving Egypt with unforgettable memories and a true appreciation for this country’s rich heritage.
Talaat’s kindness, professionalism, and warm energy made our trip truly special. We are extremely grateful for everything he has done for us. When we return to Egypt, we definitely hope to have him as our guide again.

Amazing experience and excellent guide - Talaat Abdo
My experience on the Blue Shadow cruise was fantastic. The staff, restaurant, cabin, and overall services were excellent. Special compliments to the chefs—the food was of outstanding quality.
Our guide, Talaat, made the experience even more unforgettable. He is extremely knowledgeable, speaks excellent English, and is always ready to explain the history in depth and share fascinating details, while patiently answering every question. He is truly well-informed, kind, friendly, and always willing to help.

이 여행사를 통해 두번 여행했습니다. 처음에 비수기에 전문적인 가이드와 함께 정말 좋은 경험을 해서 가족들과 다시 이 여행사를 찾았습니다. 하지만 성수기때에는 어중이떠중이 가이드가 전부 나오는것 같네요. 투어 중 손님앞에서 담배 및 팁강요(첫날부터 인당 25달러를 달라고함)가 있었습니다.(탈렛이라고 하는 가이드입니다.) 매니저에게 이야기 했지만 제대로 처리한 지는 모르겠습니다.

Nile river cruise
Recently completed a Nike Cruise and it was a wonderful experience. Everything was well organized, smooth, and enjoyable. A safe and well-organized tour
We were able to visit the main sights efficiently.
I never felt unsafe, and it was a tour I could join with peace of mind.
The guide, Haley, is a man who calls himself an archaeologist, and he really does have a lot of knowledge. He gave detailed explanations throughout the tour.
I did notice that he didn’t smile much, though.
The meals were buffet-style and were better than I expected.
