This website outlines the terms and conditions under which we provide our online service to you. If you continue to use this website after reading this page that’s mean you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as detailed. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you must not use the website to book hotels or confirm reservations like trips, transportation or activity’s.

By continuing to use the website you confirm that you are old enough to enter into legal contracts and be bound by them and that you understand you will be responsible for all payments you commit to, when booking from this website.

The term “Trivaway” or “us” or “we” or “our” refers to the owner of the website. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Our Platform

We can’t guarantee that everything on it is accurate – we get information from the Service Providers. To the extent permitted by law, we can’t be held responsible for any errors, any interruptions, or any missing of information, though we will do everything as we can to correct & fix them as soon as we can.

Our Platform is not a recommend or endorsement of any Service Provider.

We’re not a party to the terms between you and the Service Provider. The Service Provider is the only one responsible about your travel experience.

To make a Booking, you need to create an Account. Make sure all your info is correct (including payment and contact details) and up to date. You’re responsible for anything that happens with your Account, so don’t let anyone else use it and keep your username and password secret.

Prices

When you make a booking, you agree to pay the cost , including any taxes and charges that may apply.

Obvious errors and misprints are not binding. For example, if you book a night in a luxury hotel or a premium car that was mistakenly offered for AED1, we may simply cancel that booking and refund anything you’ve paid.

Payment

For some products or services, the Service Provider will require an Upfront Payment and/or a payment taken during your travel experience.

If the Service Provider requires an Upfront Payment, it may be taken or pre-authorized when you make your Booking, and it may be non-refundable. Before you book, check the Service Provider’s Upfront Payments policy (available during the booking process), which we don’t influence and aren’t responsible for.

If we organize your payment, we (or in some cases our affiliate in the country your payment originates from) will be responsible for managing your payment and ensuring the completion of your transaction with our Service Provider.
In this case, your payment constitutes final settlement of the “due and payable” price.
If the Service Provider charges you, this will usually be in person at the start of your Travel Experience, but it could also be (for example) that your credit card is charged when you book, or that you pay when you check out of your Accommodation. This depends on the Upfront Payment policy of the Service Provider as communicated to you in the booking process.

If you know of or suspect any fraud or unauthorized use of your Payment Method, contact your payment provider, who may cover any resulting charges, possible for a fee.

If the currency selected on the Platform isn’t the same as the Service Provider’s currency,You’ll see our Currency Conversion Rate during check-out, in the Booking details of your Account, or (if you don’t have an Account) in the email we send you. If we charge you fees in connection with any such services, you’ll find the fee expressed as a percentage over European Central Bank rates or CBUAE (Central Bank of The U.A.E). Your card issuer may charge you a foreign transaction fee.

Please Note: There may be foreign exchange rates added during final payment. This may happen due to different currency payment usage. Please check with your bank on Foreign Exchange rates, as they are updated daily.

User’s Online Payments : In addition to the payments contemplated above, the Company charges a convenience fee on all bookings and cancellations. In case of cancellation of booking, convenience fee on booking is non-refundable. “Convenience Fees” means booking fees, cancellation fees, reschedule fees, or any other fees charged by the Company for providing service as applicable. You shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties, taxes, levies and assessments for availing the services of the Company. In case, there is a short charging by the Company for listing, services or convenience fee or any other fee or service because of any technical or other reason, it reserves the right to deduct/charge/claim the balance subsequent to the transaction at its own discretion. Any refunds arising from any transactions with the Company due to any cancellation of the Lock or any reason whatsoever shall be processed by Company in the same bank account or debit or credit card used by the User to make the payment at the time of booking.

Travel Requirements

If you are travelling to a destination that requires a visa, it would be your responsibility to obtain the same. Trivaway or Service Provider would not be responsible for visa requirements.

Travel, health, and other required insurance policies have to be taken care of by the guest. Trivaway would not be responsible for this and neither would be able to assist on the procedure.

Communication with the Service Provider

We may help you communicate with your Service Provider, but we can’t guarantee that they’ll read anything from you or that they’ll do what you ask. In itself, the fact that you contact them or that they contact you doesn’t mean you have any grounds for legal action.

 

Cancellation & Refunds

Trivaway allows its customers to cancel their bookings. However, every booking done on Trivaway is subject to cancellation charges charged by Service Provider and Trivaway itself. The cancellation charges vary as per Service Provider.

Hotel, Trip, Activity or Transpotation booked under promotions, deals, or offers are in certain circumstances cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable too. Please read through the terms and conditions of the deal/offer/promotion.
If you have completed your online/phone/or any online/offline check in procedure, Trivaway will not be able to process the refund.

For customer raising refund requests, can do so from their log in or drop a mail to help@trivaway.ae with booking details for further action.

Processing times for refund varies for every booking and shall be done at the earliest on receipt of the request.

The refund amount will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made.

Please note that, the bank may deduct the Foreign Exchange charges as applicable.
