Cancellation and Refund

Standard Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your online/Offline purchase with Triva Way LLC does not automatically guarantee a reservation. Your purchase will be confirmed via email or by whatsapp within 24 hrs of the purchase (In case of activities and day tours the tickets and tours confirmation will be sent to your email id or whatsapp within few hours for such cases if the date of the tour and the purchase is on the same day). If the purchase cannot be confirmed by us due to non-availability we will fully refund without any additional charges. We advise every one of our customers to read the cancellation & refund policy.

What can be refunded?

  • Some tours and activities require minimum passengers to operates, in case of any tours do not meet the minimum traveller’s requirement from supplier, every affected traveller will be refunded or he/she may choose alternative tours or activities. (Additional charges will be applicable for those tours if the cost of new substitutes is higher than the original product).
  • Any additional refunds based on extenuating conditions will depend on the individual tour operator.

What CANNOT be Refunded:

  • Any travellers failing to appear on meeting point or the day of departure will not be refunded.
  • No refund will be given for any parts of the tour unused by the traveller.
  • Airfare is fully non-refundable and non-changeable, Incase of any eligibility- Refund will be subject to airline policy.
  • Hotel extra stays and Immediate Confirmation products (admission tickets, city passes, etc.) (Non-Refundable entry tickets) cannot be exchanged or refunded once confirmed.
  • Any tourist visa processing fee paid by applicants for applying UAE tourist Visas incase of any rejection
  • Any Tourist visa processing fee paid by applicants for applying any tourist visas to any other destination around the world.

Our Cancellation Policy:

The Cancellation Policies listed are applicable for all the tours packages, activities and hotels or airline tickets. Unless the tours/activities/hotels booked has a special or different cancellation policy. If any changes in the cancellation policy the same will be added to each tour/activities/hotels itinerary page. Please note that we will always adhere to individual tour policies when applicable.

 

Cancellation Within:

  • Same day of departure- Non-refundable.
  • 2-6 days prior to departure- Non-refundable(Incase of any eligibility- Refund will be subject to supplier policy).
  • 7-14 Days Prior to Departure Date- 50% of the total purchase amount can be refunded.
  • 15-24 Days Prior to Departure Date- 75% of the total purchase amount can be refunded.
  • 25 or More Days Prior to Departure Date-100% of the total purchase amount can be refunded.

         

Important  points:

  • All cancellations amendments should be communicated via email only, the cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your official email.
  • In most cases, reservations paid by bank transfer, online or tabby will be refunded to the same account. The refund may take 72 hrs to 10 working days.
  • Single-Day Tours/Activities*: Cancel at least 7 days in advance of the start date of the experience Incase of any eligibility for a full refund- Refund will be subject to supplier policy.
