Hidden within the desert mountains, this remarkable archaeological site contains more than 60 tombs carved deep into the rock and decorated with vibrant wall paintings and ancient hieroglyphs that illustrate the journey to the afterlife. Giornata memorabile

Day Trip from Marsa Alam to Luxor

We were picked up on time at 4:00 in the morning. At 9.00 am we reached the Karnak Temple. Our driver changed and Gerges joined as a tour guide. He has an all-encompassing knowledge of Egyptian culture and conveyed great the sights. Besides Karnak, we also visited the Valley of Kings and the temple of Hatshepsut. In between we were still lunch integrated with a nice half hour boat trip on the Nile. At 16:00 the driver changed again and we were back at the hotel around 20:30. Thank you very much for the very nice tour. 👍👍👍

Very good tour

We had a great experience in our tour to Luxor. We saw the highlights of the kings valley as well as the Nile river. Hasaan our guide was perfect, sharing the story of each place with great detail and in an interesting way. Our driver Mohamed was also nice and made us comfortable in the car. Would recommend.

Excellent Day

We were picked up on time in a vehicle that was good standard. We had 2 drivers on the day and both drove well and we were relaxed and comfortable. Our guide Mena was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the history and what we viewed. The trip was a highlight of our Egypt holiday.

Luxor - a beautiful tour!

The private day trip is highly recommended! Although this one is exhausting, you get unforgettable memories. Our hotel is quite farther south of Marsa Alam - so on paper we had a very long journey ahead of us. But round trip took only 4.5 hours each, in a very clean SUV with leather seats. A bus trip can also take 6h, so we were quicker on site and were between us. A varied program was available on site. Plenty of impressions to process a day later: Temple complexes, Valley of the Kings, Luxor, the optional Nile cruise and other tourist points in Luxor. At this point we have to thank our German-speaking guide - a proven Egyptologist! His/her expertise was outstanding! Moreover, it seems that Adel is a legend among the guides. He has also informed us sufficiently how to deal with the locals and street vendors and under his company you have always felt in good hands and absolutely safe. Lunch over the rooftops of Luxor with Nile views was also delicious, by the way. Even if the trip took us almost 18 hours, we have a lot of memories, whether it be digital or in souvenirs.
