Cancelled flight
Unfortunately the hot air ballon ride was cancelled on two occasions, so can not comment on the experience. But great communication from the company. Few days before hand WhatsApp sent to me asking for confirmation of trip and requested passport copies Night before trip sent message that due to bad weather trip was postponed to following day or full refund. Rearranged day and then night before confirmed flight is cancelled and full refund has been authorised.

An unforgettable experience
Although they did not give us coffee or cross us by boat as the description said, they looked for spots, communicated earlier by message and took us to the site. On the way back we were dropped off at the hotel. It is impressive to see how many balloons they are and how professional they are. Very good experience 100% recommended

Nice experience
Beautiful activity! Only in my opinion they took time to look for the other passengers of the van and it was already dawn when we arrived at the place and we did not see the sunrise from the balloon. Our balloon also did not rise very high so the view of the Valley of the Kings etc was not what I expected, I saw more the plantations we flew over. But I liked the experience

Amazing experience, a must do in Luxor
Initially cancelled due too wind, but rebooked for the following day and luckily the weather improved and the flight went ahead. It was an amazing experience, very well organised, and the crew was super professional and accommodating. I took the sunrise ride and I'd recommend it to everyone who is visiting Luxor. You won't regret!

It was extremely late with our drop off so we missed sunrise and they had way more people in the basket than advertised. Definitely cool seeing the temple from the air but I’d recommend saving your money on this one
