Fantastic service from our booking agent Mohammed at Jolie Ville Hotel, Luxor. Very well organised from start to finish. Started our trip by a short drive to the Nile, where we boarded a boat to take us to pur take off point. Amazing take off & landing by our pilot & co pilot superb views over Luxor & of course the sunrise was amazing! We landed in workers fields & gave a small donation to assist with tending their land. Thoroughly recommend.

Was an amazing experience. We are a family of five and everyone one thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was fantastic. We were collected on time from our hotel then transported to the Nile. We then got onto a motorboat where we had a cake and tea/coffee whilst we went across the water. There we were picked up by another minibus and taken to the hot air balloon. We had to wait a short while for confirmation from the air people. Then we went up into the sky with multiple other hot air balloons. It was fantastic and definitely recommend.

The sunrise was spectacular! The transition from hotel to balloon was seamless. The whole experience was exceptional. I would also like to highlight Radwa, she made the whole day absolutely perfect. 10/10
