Safe travels

Our self-guided tour of Karnak and Luxor temple was significantly enhanced by Ahmed, our driver. His perfectly timed arrivals (btw communication through WhatsApp) in a comfortable, air conditioned vehicle were a godsend in the intense heat. We were particularly grateful for the constant supply of chilled bottled water throughout the entire trip. We definitely felt completely secure under his care. Highly recommended!

Day trip off a lifetime

Today we bought a vip tour to the valley off the kings and beyond. What a fantastic experience. The trip will be in my dreams and thoughts forever. I recommend a very early start Less people.less sun . Our guide was just amazing. A very polite funny caring young man with the knowledge that amazed us both. Never rushed us. Encouraged us to try going in the tombs and thankfully we did. A experience off a lifetime made better by having him as our guide. We got took to a lovely local restaurant for our included lunch food was beautiful. Top service from pick up to drop off . Vip all the way. 3rd 1 we have done well worth the extra. Be prepared to have a card to pay for the extra to see tutankhamen. Please dont miss it. We mislaid our card and our guide paid for us and waited patiently at our hotel on return for the cash . What a charming man. .

Fantastic West Bank Tour with Mena

My wife and I had a great experience visiting Luxor’s West Bank with Mena. He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining the history and context before each visit, which made everything much more meaningful. We especially appreciated his balance as a guide. He gave great explanations and recommendations, then let us explore at our own pace. His recommendation to visit Seti’s tomb was a highlight and absolutely worth the extra ticket. Starting early also helped us beat the heat. Friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about Egyptian history. Highly recommend!

Very valuable sightseeing. It was a good driver.

Mr Omar was very gentle and had a good time along the way. We understood the implementation of the plan as requested and the sightseeing was very smooth. Omar, I can recommend it.

Great guide for the West Bank!

What a great day! Mena had so much knowledge that he shared with us! He guided us through the tombs before we went (guides are not allowed to go into the tombs with you). He recommended we visit Seti's tomb and it did not disappoint. One of the most preserved tombs we saw - pay the extra to see this! We started early at 6:30am and definitely recommend as it was over 40° C/100° F in the afternoon. Our tour included lunch which after all of the walking, was much appreciated and we made it back to our hotel just after 2pm. Definitely recommend Mena!

West bank tour

Amera George is an excellent guide. She took the time and explained the history and ancient Egyptian rituals and cultures in a detailed manner. As guides cannot come inside tombs, she said I can take pictures and show her if I wanted to know something more. That was very helpful. Overall it was a nice day well spent with her.

Our tour guide Noby was terrific!

Noby was the best tour guide. He is so knowledgeable and excited to share his enthusiasm for ancient Egyptian history. I really recommend him as a tour guide - ask for him! The two temples we saw were fascinating too. Just such remarkable history’s to them.

10/10 would recommend

Great day tour around the west bank covering the Valleys of the Kings, Queens and Artisans, the Temples of Hatshepsut, Rameses III at Medinet Habu and Hathor at Deir el Medina, and the Colossi of Memnon. Sayed Gamal gave us ample time to visit each site, including time to visit extra ticket tombs at the VotK like Tutankhamun with detailed explanations at each site. Adjusted the included lunch to suit our dietary requirements without issue and worked around our morning schedule easily with clear communication beforehand as we had also booked a balloon tour for the day and werent sure when exactly we would be back at the hotel. Tamer the driver was always ready waiting for us when we were done at a site with a cool air conditioned car. Water and shuttle bus tickets included were helpful in the heat. Sayed was very approachable and knowledgable and tailored his explanations well to the different knowledge levels of our group. No where felt rushed. Would recommend this tour to others
