4000 years in one day!

Wonderful Trip with Ahmed and Nermina! We had an amazing time and due to the great driving skills of Ahmed went to all the sites prior to the other travelers. In Luxor our german speaking guide Nermina joined us. She is really a great person. She adjusted her program to our needs and explained everything for us and also our kids. Our impressions have only been disturbed by the visit of the Alabaster factory. This is a real tourist trap but when you go to Egypt I assume this is part of the deal. Again! Great trip! Great driver! Great guide! Thanks

A great day out

Our favourite part was visiting the Karnak Temples, the Valley of the Kings and crossing the Nile River. I personally did not feel the boat trip down the Nile River was a significant difference to crossing the Nile, which is already included. For that I regretted spending my money on it although our children enjoyed it. Our English speaking tour guide named 'Said' was very informative and knowledgeable. Our driver named 'Ahmed' kept us engaged, ensured we got to the sites quickly and offered us drinks, which was necessary. It was extremely hot but all in all a good day out

Luxor day tour - superb!

From the moment we were collected from the hotel by Ahmed (driver) and Said (your guide), it was non stop. Ahmed got us to Karnak Temples first thing before all the rest of the coach tours. It was a godsend, it was so busy by the time we left. Said explained everything brilliantly, even our 14yr old was kept interested all day. Lunch was included at a restaurant alongside the Nile, buffet style, lots to choose from. Next on a boat trip up the Nile which was brilliant, again Said continued to point things out to us. After the Nile crossing it was onto the Valley of the Kings and it did not disappoint. We went down into 3 tombs which were amazing, each time Said gave us all the history before we went in. A couple of other stops along the way, all very good, plenty of photo opportunities. Ahmed the driver provided us with croissants on the mini bus in the morning and supplied us with cold drinks throughout the day. He took no prisoners on the road! All in all a fabulous day. It was a very long, extremely hot day but was well worth it. It did not disappoint, infact it exceeded our expectations. Thank you Said and Ahmed😊

All the sights and a lot of fun

My wife and I took the tour of Luxor’s highlights with Ramashka. We were joined by a family of 5 who were quite compatible. They punctually picked us up. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable and the driver Ahmed was jovial. The plan to leave early allowed us to beat the crowds at almost all of the sights which provided us a much better experience. Said, the tour guide, was incredibly knowledgeable about all topics that related to the sights. Overall, it was a packed day which left you with the feeling that you had taken in Luxor. Tips: if you don’t want to buy any of the stone carvings or art at the stop. Then refuse drinks and stay outside.

Great trip for family of 5

Excellent trip. Ahmed Schumacher got us to the attractions before the rest of the crowds. Said is very friendly and knowledgeable. Cruise down the Nile is an extra £10 per person but worth it. Didn’t want to buy any Alabaster products so the visit to the Alabaster factory wasn’t for us. Much cheaper than the same trip with TUI and a small group of just our family of 5 and another very friendly couple.

Beautiful day in Luxor

Very nice day in Luxor... the first on the site of Karnak with our guide Farid... an almost private visit what a chance! Boat on the Nile (extra charge) but it was worth it! Then lunch (correct) then valley of the kings under a blazing sun... descent into the graves, superb and finally the temple... very nice view of Luxor! Many thanks to Farid and Ahmed for a wonderful day

Luxor-ious

First of all our driver Ahmed was so kind and friendly. Also he is an amazing driver that he managed to get us to all the destinations ahead of the large crowds. Definitely helps for capturing those great photos. Then the tour guide Said was incredibly knowledgeable and really engaged our tour group by 'quizzing' us and helping us to relive each moment. Lastly the Valley of the Kings was so surreal and overwhelming. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and definitely worth the time and money.
