Journey through Egypt
We had a driver and a tour guide who spoke German called Mahmoud. The tour was very versatile and interesting. He could tell a lot about Egypt.

Discover the different districts of Hurghada on this city tour. Explore both the traditional old town and the new, modern city. After being picked up at your hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle, you will drive to the fishing village and visit original, simple houses that only have one floor. It feels like time stands still in this part of the city. The fishermen get up with the sunrise and go to sleep as the sun sets. Life is simple and traditional. Visit a shipyard and see how fishing boats are built and restored using traditional methods. The largest mosque in Hurghada is situated nearby. Here you can learn more about Islam, the main religion of Egypt. You will then continue to the oldest Coptic church in the city. At the end of the tour you will visit the large fruit and vegetable market before you are dropped off back at your hotel.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

So we got picked up, my thought was "what did I book" when it started, it was really nice and the Mahmoud told so much and explained everything. A mega good guidebook. Would highly recommend this operator. " THANK YOU FOR THIS GREAT DAY" and of course for the honesty and what to look out for !!

We went on the half day Hurghada City Tour and Tareq was our guide. We were picked up from our hotel promptly at the time agreed the previous day. We visited a church which was great, we even had some singing from a class of RE students. The markets for the locals was an eye opening experience, seeing how the families sell and prepare the meats, fruits, vegetables. The fish market was so full of amazing colourful fish and was a sight to behold. We also visited the marina, which felt very opulent after where we had been earlier. The mosque had a funeral so we had to hire a full cover dress, which was a new experience and one i enjoyed. Tareq was a wonderful knowledgeable host who took care of us and gave us a lot of insight into living in egypt. We would highly recommend this trip and Tareq as a guide.

Abdul was a very competent and experienced guidebook, he has an amazingly extensive knowledge and can super language skills through his studies in Germany. There were four of us and we booked a private tour. All in one, the excursion is highly recommended!

Very interesting tour, good value and finished off with trip to government bizarre for shopping at fixed cheap prices. Would recommend.

What a great guide we had! The tour is tailored to your own interests. This way you can skip a place or stay a little longer in another place. You see the city in all its facets. Both tourist and non-tourist. No question was too much for our guide. He answers everything with great pleasure from authenticity. The driver was also very friendly. Despite the heavy traffic, I felt safe.

We booked the tour due to recommendation. We had an amazing trip in Hurghada. First, the young and friendly driver (Unfortunately, I can’t remember but I think his name was Tarek) picked us up at our hotel and drove us to the meeting point where our guide (again, I can’t remember well but I’m pretty sure his name was Abdul) was already waiting for us. Abdul used to live a few years in Germany and therefore the whole tour was guided in German. We visited the marina, the fish market, a mosque, a church and a local fruit market. Abdul shared much knowledge about the city’s and the regional history and about the culture of the inhabitants and provided us real insights in the Egyptians’ every day life. Last of all, we were guided to a local oil and perfume shop and a souvenir shop. None of the vendors was aggressive nor intrusive. Abdul even bought us some little things at the market because we didn’t have any Egyptian Pounds with us. Abdul and Tarek were very humorous and provided us a unique and perfect experience we won’t forget. And Tarek has an excellent taste in music 😎 Thank you so much! We heartily recommend booking this tour.

It was nice the tour guide they sent was a lovely person a credit to the company. It’s hard to hear her on the bus as it’s noisy she would benefit from a Mic 🎤 We had a great time due to her but the fish market was horrible. She looked after us all and made sure we was safe.. Not much to see but the mosque and church were lovely try to avoid booking it on a Friday as you don’t get to see much of both places of worship. Do not shop in the souvenir shop at the end they charge more than what they tell you once your at the cash till.
