Always use these in Sahl hasheesh They pick me up from airport over 20 miles to hotel 5 English pounds obviously tipped him ridiculously cheap First class service all done on WhatsApp send pics of car etc very prompt Spoke to several people in hotel paid 40 to 50 dollars 💵 wow Went into hurghada city a few times and was again about 18 miles for 4 pounds The company always advise what the fare should be in a WhatsApp before you confirm Only thing I'd say is if your going out of hurghada and it's night pre book return as sometimes car not available Thanks for the great service will always use you

Turned five times, that was fine. Last time I ordered in advance from Hurghada to El Gouna. The driver came straight to El Gouna. Dispatch texts me - the car is in place. Because the driver "couldn't" send geolocations, I ran around for 15 minutes looking for him. When I finally realized and texted the dispatcher that the driver wasn't there, the dispatcher suggested I approach the driver. For another ten minutes, we texted like that, and then the dispatcher said he was canceling the order. When asked to send another car, there are no other cars. It was all at lunchtime on a weekday. Already here in the reviews read that similar things were with the rush to the airport. The car went to the wrong place, dispatcher "cancelled" the order and said there were no other cars.

Don't get scammed
We booked a taxi on Monday for LE480 which I was told from others on Tripadvisor is accurate for the journey we asked for. I asked if we could stop at a pharmacy and expected this to increase the journey which it did by a reasonable amount (LE550). I booked this with the person I spoke to on Monday and was asked to confirm on Wednesday. Contacted on Wednesday and was told that the price had gone up to LE650 which I was surprised at as I believed I had booked for the previous quote and was simply confirming. The person I was speaking with on Whatsapp was not the same person on Monday as their grasp of English was not as good as the previous person's. I declined as felt there was an agreement about the cost, not the actual cost itself. My husband contacted them and was told the trip to hotel only was LE500 (slight increase from Monday) and waiting time charge of LE45 which we were both quoted had changed within 15 min of him contacting them up to LE50. This morning, he contacted them and the trip has gone up to LE700. Please be aware if you book with this company whatever you are quoted will change so you really won't know what you are paying for in advance. This is not about the cost overall, but simply the principle of the transaction. We have decided to go with another company who has quoted us a reasonable price including going to pharmacy and the confirmation of the journey has not increased from the quote. Feel like we haven't even left for the holiday yet and already getting scammed.

ot worth the money
Really incredibly bad service. Paid a fortune of 25 euro to get to the airport, which is theft. The driver did not show up at the agreed time. After 10 minutes I went to the limousine providers. They kept saying: "Wait 5 minutes." Finally I got so mad about waiting that I wanted my money back, but no no, they absolutely did not want that, they were so arrogant. I got really mad, then something strange happened, and after 30 minutes the driver showed up. Had to rush to the airport. incredibly poor service from indifferent cold employees

Taxi soma bay to airport cost 600 Egyptian pounds . Contacted via what’s app - agreed 2 people 2 luggage but on way changed mind and went to senzo mall. Okay but comfortable car but great smooth driver. MUCH CHEAPER THAN 123 CARS. waiting time was 50 egp but did not need waiting time. Stopped on route at ATM and no scam to charge extras. Nice driver with good grasp of English. However I still recommend downloading Google translate when travelling
