Beautiful setting, but disappointing show

The setting was beautiful, and we really enjoyed making the Bedouin bread and the dinner. The chicken mandi was delicious. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. After dinner, we spent a very long time sitting around with nothing happening. The show did not start until around 9:30 PM, which was much later than expected, and when it finally started, we did not find it entertaining or worth the long wait. We were so tired and disappointed that we decided to leave before the show ended. The experience has potential, but the schedule and entertainment need significant improvement.

Amazing experience

We chose the all inclusive option and had the best time. We were picked up by our driver who was slightly late but we didn’t mind as there can be lots of traffic. We met our guide Nada who was just lovely. The good thing about having a guide was mainly for communication with the locals, choosing preference of food etc. on arrival, our photographer met us who took amazing pictures and videos of us and we even received the edited videos before we left the place! Photographs came after a few days. We got to experience bread making and had a short tour around to show how food and drink is were made. I chose the chicken and rice option for the main meal and it was served with the most amazing presentation ever! It’s made in an earthen pot which was brought out in a tray with fire and served right there and then. It is the most delicious chicken and rice I ever had. There are a lot of stray cats looking for food so we shared our meal with them. If you’re someone who don’t like cats, just let them know and they will keep them away from you. There was music, a fire show and other traditional dance show. The vibe was just great and it was an amazing experience for us.

A great way to experience Bedouin culture.

Warm hospitality and very attentive staff. Lovely outdoor setting that captures the Bedouin lifestyle. Food was terrific. Special shoutout to the Tanoura dancer who also doubled up as the fire dancer and magician!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An amazing experience — Must do in Cairo!

We had such a fantastic experience and Mohamed was an absolutely brilliant guide from start to finish. He was friendly, welcoming and made the whole evening so enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we were comfortable and having a great time throughout. This was such a fun atmosphere, great food and entertainment, and a really memorable experience. A special mention to the photographer Camps — he was fantastic and a must have! He took so many amazing photos and captured the experience perfectly. The photos and videos were a lovely bonus and through-out the evening, both candid and posed. Mohamed, Camps and the whole team were brilliant and made us feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Cairo!

Amazing experience

This was one of our favorite tours we’ve taken through Viator. Mohammed was an amazing host. He made sure our evening from pick up to all the small details in between, arranging a private photographer, bread making, dinner, entertainment were personalized and he was there every step of the way. We will treasure this tour in our memories for a very long time. Thank you again Mohammed.
