Amazing tour of Alexandria!!!

My mother and I booked a day trip to Alexandria only a couple weeks before we got to Egypt. We were wonderfully surprised. We were picked up from our hotel right on time and the van was clean. Our guide Emad G. was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Our driver Roby was always waiting for us outside the sites, drove safely, and was very friendly. We didn't expect to see such amazing things on the tour. The restaurant for lunch, the Fish Market, was delicious. Eman got us the best table overlooking the harbor. He ate lunch with us and told us all about the city. I could not have asked for a better guide and driver. These guys made the whole tour very memorable. We would absolutely do another tour with them and give them our highest recommendation.

Alexandria is a Must See

My wife and I are visiting Egypt from Chicago, IL (U.S.A). We had already experienced the mainstream of Luxor and Cairo, and wanted to expand our horizons with some other experiences while in this amazing country. Alexandria is beautiful and completely different than Cairo. On the water, it has amazing views of the Red Sea. Additionally, the sites there, like the Citadel, Catacombs and Library, are not to be missed. While the seafood there is supposed to be great, my wife/I don’t usually each much seafood so our guide selected an alternative place with a view of the Sea and the entire city skyline. An amazing backdrop to a fantastic lunch. And our tour guide - Mohamed!! Mohamed made the entire experience. He is a larger than life, gregarious personality that is full of information and fun and will do whatever it takes to ensure you have an amazing experience! He speaks perfect English, and was engaged and always asking us questions to ensure the experience was aligned, directed and tailored around what we wanted to achieve. He was so good, we ended up booking this trip with him after going to Dashur, Memphis and Seqqara with him earlier in the week (see separate review). Over and over during the two (2) days we were with them, Mohamed and Deluxe Travel demonstrated high levels of interest in our safety, comfort, experience and satisfaction. I would rate this tour 5 stars and Mohamed 6 if possible. We did ~10 excursions during our time in Egypt and I can say, without hesitation, the company/guide do matter and do make a difference. Highly recommended all around!!! Thank you, Mohamed!

Day trips to Giza, is the day you get to Alexandria, and Sakkara

Initial contact with agency was efficient, and confirmation and reminders came in a timely fashion. The guide, Nora, and driver, Mohammed, were professional and exceptionally kind. They were always on time, the car met us after each stop in a timely way, information was informative and presented in helpful manner, pacing was good, interactions were friendly and comfortable. We are very satisfied with all aspects of the service provided and the knowledge gained from our three days of tours with Deluxe.

Amazing day with divine food

Our guide Beeku was super friendly and knowledgeable. He stopped to get us sugarcane juice on the way and even took us to the Stanley Bridge upon request which was not on the itinerary. The lunch was fantastic too at a very popular restaurant. Would highly recommend.
