On this private Cairo day tour, you’ll journey through the layers of Egypt’s ancient glory, beginning with the awe-inspiring Pyramids of Giza — the Great Pyramid of Khufu, that of Khafre, and Menkaure — timeless monuments rising from the golden sands since the 4th Dynasty, around 2500 B.C. Enjoy a 30-minute camel ride through the Sahara, circling these wonders as the Great Sphinx watches over the plateau with its eternal gaze. Savor a traditional lunch at a local restaurant overlooking the pyramids before continuing to the magnificent Grand Egyptian Museum, where the treasures of pharaohs come alive — colossal statues, gleaming artifacts, and the full collection of Tutankhamun displayed together for the first time — an unforgettable encounter with 5,000 years of civilization.

The guide made the package worth it.

The guide (Mahmoud/Mimo) was excellent. He was already there at 7:30 as agreed; in fact, he even suggested that we leave earlier than planned (initially 8:00) due to the intense heat. He was very knowledgeable, slightly humorous (but not overdoing it), friendly, and gave us free time for any small activity without him. The meal was good, but not excellent. The "artisan" shops were more or less interesting, but excessively expensive (about 5 times the price of the same items in town)... But well, the guide made the package worth it.

Islam was an amazing...

Islam was an amazing guide and the tour was amazing and informative the pyramids have a new system so it has less scams. Very little harassment that we had been warned about And it’s a good traditional lunch Interesting visit to a perfumery . There was little pressure to buy although we did .

Thank you Fatima!

Today we had Fatima as our wonderful and amazing guide. I have been on dozens of tours all over the world and I can without a doubt say this was the most special and it was thanks to her. She was extremely knowledgeable and each and every one of her stories or points was very intriguing. She felt like a friend to myself and my partner for the day and we had many laughs about all sorts of things. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her as a guide and was sad that our day was over. She was also an incredible photographer and captured so many amazing moments for us. Thank you for the amazing day Fatima. From: Your Irish and American friend P.s our driver was efficient and was waiting for us at the end of each part of the tour!

Great day out

Our hosts Bohir (referred to as Bob) and Peter the driver were exceptional - Bob was extremely knowledgeable on Egyptian history and could share his insights over the course of the day. Lunch was great - a restaurant close to the pyramids, specifically catering for travellers. Overall, to have a dedicated driver and tour guide and lunch included - for the price we paid, was ridiculously great value. Highly recommend it.

Not good experience

As soon as the got in the car, guide was saying minimum tip is 10 USD! And on the tour she kept rushing me on the pyramids, “she said it’s the same thing….you don’t have to go inside all the pyramids” then in the great pyramids rushing…mind you in the morning she said we had to finish the great pyramids fast to not get stuck I crowd in museum, she still rushed me!!
