Customer Service is TOP!

I am a solo traveler in my 60’s. I wanted to engage with a reputable, highly organized tour company that would take care of everything from guides, transportation (in-country air and ground), lodging, most food, and entrances to all the sites. Egypt unlimited exceeded my expectations. My pre-trip questions were promptly and kindly answered by Mohamed, the owner of the tour company. From the moment I landed in Cairo, I was greeted by Hussein, who assisted in guiding me through the airport to a car waiting to take me to my hotel. He also assisted in my hotel check-in process and received a room facing the Nile and could see the pyramids in the distance. I had two fabulous guides: Khaled (in Cairo) and Mohamed (in Aswan to Luxor) who both were wonderful to spend time with and extremely knowledgeable! I thoroughly enjoyed visiting all the sites with them. Nothing like standing next to the Great Pyramid, seeing the sunrise in the Sahara Desert on your way to Abu Simbel, or seeing the sunset on the Nile in Luxor. The boat on the Nile Cruise was all-suites so my room was spacious, the crew was very kind, and the food was good. Thank you for sharing the beauty of your country with me and making the whole tour seamless.

Wonderful

This was absolutely wonderful! The egyptian guide, Driver. And Mohamed from the office. Everything was handled professionally and well. We only had one negative experience with the last Driver in Luxor that drove us to the airport. Other than that it was more than we anticipated.

Book with Egypt Unlimited Tours - you WON'T regret it...trip was soooo spectacular!! (Celiac / Gluten Free reviewer)

Wow, wow, wow. Stop hunting for the tour company to see the incredible county of Egypt and mystical ancient history and book with Egypt Unlimited Tours, NOW. Our group was a mix of family and friends (4 adult women) from the United States of America. This trip exceeded our expectations and we are four women who have traveled many places in the world. YES, I would go back...YES, I would email Mohamed to chat about activities/coordination...YES, I would text Ahmed to see if he can meet me somewhere and teach me alllllll the things, even share tea together...YES, I felt 100% safe...YES, I ate well and I even have Celiac Disease so have to eat Gluten Free...YES, the boat/cruise was nice...YES, the price is right. Why are you still reading? Go book!! Ok, ok, if you want to read more, enjoy :) COORDINATOR OF THE TRIP - MOHAMED MOSTAFA Mohamed is who we coordinated our "private" trip with and his response time, professionalism, attention to detail, and on-ground team he works with was top notch. When comparing companies, the price seemed "too good to be true"...it's TRUE and so is the elite team you'll be working and touring with. We looked at Viking and Gate 1 Travel, but the price point for a "privet" trip AND supporting an Egyptian Tour Company, we decided to go with Egypt Unlimited Tours and would do it, again! OUR PRIVATE GUIDE - AHMED JUMEA The next exciting part to share is about our guide, Ahmed Jumea. He is an expert in the field...his Master's degree is in hieroglyphics came in handy with all that you'll see and he's currently pursuing his PhD - wow. He also works with other luxury companies so it was a TREAT to have him tour the country with us and share all he knows. You're going to learn a lot about Ancient Egypt, no questions are off of the table, he'll even share information about modern day Egyptian culture, religion, government, etc. In addition, he LOVES his country and has so much passion for it which is so wonderful and refreshing to see. He loves his family and him sharing things about himself encourage you to share, and it could be anything. He's so personable, respectful, caring, and professional. REQUEST HIM. THE SITES We saw "all the things" - that will vary on your trip you decide but if something you're looking at is missing what you'd like to see, chat with Mohamed and I'm sure he can curate you something perfect. We took a lot of time at each site, learned so much from Ahmed and he gave us plenty of time to walk around the sites without him for pictures, exploring, etc. If you're thinking about Alexandria, DO IT, and if you're not, DO IT. We did not but Ahmed said he loves it there and I wish would have had more time and been able to go. THE BOAT/CRUISE You know...this I was least excited about but because I don't care for boats or cruising. It exceeded my exceptions. The boat food was very good - again I eat Gluten Free due to have Celiac Disease and the boat staff prepared for me my own specials meals with Gluten Free bread! Ahmed ensured I was taken care of. I did not go hungry. The rooms were very clean and cleaned, daily. When the boat moved, I didn't really notice. Even my friend who I was rooming with and has motion sickness, felt really good when we were moving. The staff was top-notch. There were performances in the evening, very thoughtful. Likely the biggest difference between this "luxury" boat and something like "Viking" will be: a balcony, we didn't have one, also...didn't miss it nor wish we had one; probably a "plated seated dinner" vs buffet which our boat had a buffet and I was told it was VERY tasty (remember I'm Gluten Free and the Chef was honored to prepare me Gluten Free meals #plated-seated); likely aesthetically more pleasing, though I was very happy with how modern our boat was. I don't know...I can't really say what else because the staff was perfect, everything was clean, there was a small gym if that's your thing, and we were so tired every day that was nice to go to sleep. PACE OF TRIP It's go, go, go. I was tried when I got back to the United States because so much is being packed into 5-6 days. Embrace is, go with it. It's worth it. If you're not a morning person, suck it up because it's worth getting to some of the sites early before the crowds get there. Being able to walk within the temples and it's not "packed with people" is very special, relaxing, and powerful to feel the energy. You'll sleep well every night! HOTELS We stayed at the Sheraton Cairo Hotel & Casino for three nights and it was spectacular. Guess what other tour company was there.."Viking" and we got a lot of pleasure knowing we didn't pay their price. We did 1 night at the Le Méridien Cairo Airport Hotel. Yep, it was fantastic. Other three nights we were on the boat, on the Nile River. MONEY/CASH/CURRENCY/CREDIT CARD Credit card it taken mostly everywhere - easy. You can find ATMs at the hotels, airports and Ahmed can take you to them. We did find issues with the airport ATMs, so don't stress out if the machines don't give you money, Ahmed will find the ATMs for you to get what you need. The "tipping" culture is STRONG so have plenty of cash. Use the currency of EGYPT, NOT your own country's currency. FOOD (focusing on being Celiac (gluten free) in Egypt) I ate well while I was there, you won't starve at all. You will miss out on some tasty looking, traditional dishes such as: roz bel shaareyah (rice with vermicelli) NOTE: the vermicelli used in Egypt is with WHEAT, NOT RICE. This is their classic Egyptian rice dish. Also, koshari. It looks and smells delicious, it though is not for us Gluten free eaters. Plenty of other things to eat: substitute white rice, tons of meat, cooked vegetables, hummus, dippings, etc. Lots of fruit for dessert. One of the easier countries I've eaten in. Now, scroll back to the top and remind yourself, why I said, stop hunting and BOOK NOW.

Just go with the best

I couldn’t have asked for a more comprehensive trip. From the mosques, restaurants, shopping, cruise and comrardery. All accommodations were clean and well chosen. I loved being in business class for my flight. We had the best tour guide EVER! Hasan Shazly is knowledgeable, personable and flexible. He understands the female persona so well and assisted with our requests. Thank you for the experience of a lifetime.

Amazing company and guide for Egypt!

Had an incredible 8 day, 7 night private tour of Egypt organized by Mohamed and his team. From landing in Cairo the first day to departing Cairo the last day, his team was with us every step of the way - drivers, guide, meals, etc. We booked the Gold Tour which included really nice hotels and cruise boat. Always felt incredibly safe during our trip. The best highlight was our super knowledgeable guide and Egyptologist Ahmed!! He knew everything about each location we visited, could answer all of our questions, and ensured we were comfortable during our entire trip. Highly recommend Ahmed Jumea as a guide and Eygpt Unlimited Tours for anyone that wants to see and learn as much as they can about Egypt. It was an unforgettable experience! Plan to come back someday to see more!

Amazing 2-day tour with guide Mo in Luxor

As part of an 8-day tour of Egypt, we had a fantastic 2-day tour with guide Mo in Luxor. Together with him, we visited the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, the Colossi of Memnon and the Temples of Karnak and Luxor. Mo told us all about the history in very good English. Mo is extremely courteous, always cheerful and very enthusiastic. Together with the driver, he took care of everything for us. We also laughed a lot with him and he gave us the best tips for taking beautiful photos. The Temple of Luxor at sunset was enchanting. In short, a big thumbs up and highly recommended.

Amazing trip , treated like queens

This was an amazing trip and experience. We were looked after like queens from the moment we landed in cairo and throughout the entire time. Our guide Ahmed was amazing and knew all that there was to know about where we went, tailoring your needs as we went. I cannot compliment this your company and guide enough. It was truly amazing and we felt safe every minute everywhere. I can’t wait to return and to tell all my family and friends .

Egypt trip of a lifetime

We had an adventure of a life time during our tour of Egypt thanks to Mohamed Mustafa the owner and Mohamed Badawy our Tour guide Egyptologist & archeologists! The tour was well organized including accommodation, sightseeing, cruise, transfers and meals in various restaurants. Our group of 4 had the best experiences. By the way, Hussein did an awesome job greeting us at the airport in Cairo and sending us off. He made navigating the airport, customs, immigration and security a breeze! Thank you so much 😊 I highly recommend utilizing Egypt Unlimited Tours.
