Our tour guide Reem was so nice , wonderful and very knowledgeable. The reason which made our trip so horrible is as follows: The owner of this tour company sent us a WhatsApp message a night before claiming an extra 15 $ pick up and drop off fee. He said that our hotel is in new Cairo and that is the reason. Yes it is in our agreement that if the hotel is in new Cairo, there is an extra 15$, but our hotel is in a region called Heliopolis, not in new Cairo. New Cairo is at least 20 minutes drive away. Before I responded him , I asked our hotel manager of Hilton Cairo Heliopolis , she was extremely upset with him and even called the company and talked to him . I repeatedly asked her if she is 100% sure, as a native Egyptian and growing up in the region, she said, she was, of course sure. After she talked to him, I also talked to him and finally he said it is okay not to pay. So, I would highly recommend anyone to make sure that you are not charge extra because of your hotel pick up location. I have everything in writing in WhatsApp and if necessary I will share it with all world. Other than this issue, everything else was very nice thanks to our nice guide Reem.

We had a wonderful private tour of Saqqara, Dahshur, and Memphis with our guide, Donia. She was incredibly knowledgeable about Egyptian history and did a great job answering all of our questions throughout the day. It was clear that she genuinely knew her subject and made the history much more interesting and engaging. Our driver was also very punctual, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Communication with Donia over WhatsApp was easy and efficient, and she was professional, friendly, and well organized throughout the entire experience. We really enjoyed our tour and would highly recommend Donia to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional guide in Egypt!

Excellent tour. These are must see sights. We were able to enter the step pyramid and the Pyramid of Unas which has excellent wall decorations. A private tour is a necessary luxury You wouldn’t be able to to have the time to enter the Pyramids on a group tour
