Authentic Bedouin Nights

Great experience from start to finish. Picked up directly from the hotel, Amir and Tarek were very friendly and helpful, and the staff at the Bedouin camp were welcoming. Everything was well organized and authentic. Highly recommended!

A peaceful night away from Cairo

The coordinator Amir and his friends were very responsive, accommodating, and kind. We had delicious tea in a peaceful atmosphere under the desert night sky, then sampled wonderful dishes that seemed to keep coming, including very tender lamb baked under the ground. Definitely come hungry! As we left we were able to wander a little and watch the preparation of Bedouin bread - we were encouraged to try the process ourselves and enjoyed the warm, friendly environment so generously provided from start to finish.

Good experience! Interesting and safe

Highly recommended - Amir was already our contact in Germany. All about Whats App - uncomplicated!!!Very friendly and trusting. Organized everything and it was as discussed. The trip to the “Bedouin camp” was nice and rewarding. It's a quiet experience - but I don't want to miss it. There were 10 of us there (were picked up by bus on time at the hotel) and had a cozy niche with carpet, pillows and low tables for us. With a view of the demonstrations (dervishes!) and the authentic hustle and bustle. We liked the fact that many Egyptian families were there - which testifies very much that we had not fallen into a tourist trap. Very friendly environment - we were also there with children who could walk around.... All nice and very friendly! Delicious food!!! Not so cheap even by European standards - but tons of food and really good! We were happy to pay for it, because many, many people work there and take care of the guests. That has to pay off! A bit of a shame: Almost everything is served in plastic. The dervishes danced, it was boisterous and beautiful and much better than sitting in a western hotel eating western food. The bus brought us safely back to the hotel after a good 2 hours. Everything is fine! Thank you, Amir!!!

Bedouin Feedback

The pre-booking was well managed - the return tour was managed separately from the dinner and we were unable to pay by credit card (only EFT) which was a challenge. I requested an invoice for the dinner from the tour guide and was assured that it would be possible - I have still not received anything despite asking for it several times. We ordered the lamb dish which was not great.

Fun evening escape

This tour was so much fun, exceeded my expectations! The food was great, the show was spectacular - especially the fire guy - and not too long. Strongly recommend checking it out.

Great food, fun activities, and amazing vibes!

Such a fun night out in Cairo! They handled everything, including picking us up right from our hotel. We loved the interactive experience of baking our own pita bread before settling in for a great dinner (the lamb and chicken were excellent). The fire show was intense and entertaining, and we finished off with a lovely dessert. A must-do experience!

Great experience. Our guide Amir was fantastic, very communicative and friendly. The food was very good - come hungry because there was more than anyone could eat.
