It was such a fun experience! Semeh made everyone feel very welcome and the night was full of surprises. We tried lots of different yummy Egyptian food. We had koshary, falafel, ice cream, fresh sugarcane juice and many more. I had to make sure I didn’t overeat so I could try everything. The Nike boat ride was a nice break in the middle and the tuktuk adventure was such a fun way to end the food tour. Only thing I’d suggest is adding pigeons.

My wife and I took this food tour and it was great! Semsem is such an engaging host and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with him. The food was amazing, especially the koshary, and there was no lack of it. It was all delicious. Definitely take this tour if you want to experience a bit of the real Cairo.

Sameh is one of my favorite people I've met so far in Egypt. His energy and smile and laugh are contagious. This is way more than just a food tour. He really shows you all of the hot spots around Cairo. We had so much fun and really enjoyed all of the food.

Highly recommended this food tour with Sameh. It was a glimpse into the local Cairo food scene from koshary to shawarma to traditional Egyptian food plus various drinks and desserts. Prepared to go home with a full stomach. Sameh was a very entertaining guide.

Sameh was our guid and he picked us up from our hotel where we started our walking tour . He was so friendly and we felt comfortable having him as our guide. He had a wealth of knowledge to share along the many stops we made. This is a great tour to see what life and food is all about in cairo !! A must do tour . We loved it !

If we ate only at the hotels and tourist spots we would have never known how tasty Egyptian food can be. This street food tour included a lot of local foods, juices, fruits and desserts, tea on the Nile, and a thrilling experience riding a Tuk Tuk through Cairo at night. Koshry is a must have dish in Cairo. We ate small bites at a small restaurant that's been in business 130 years in a relatively deserted area that we would have never known existed. We walked the 24 hour street market. Semeh also danced the night away with us on the Nile boat ride. This wasn't just a food tour, it was a complete adventure.

One of my best experiences in Cairo! Sameh was so knowledgeable, accommodating, a d super friendly. I tried so many local dishes, desserts, and beverages. Come hungry, you will leave stuffed! Watching the sunset on the Nile while on a felucca and cruising the streets on a tuk tuk were the cherry on top of a great day! Thank you Sameh for a great experience!

We went on a tour with Semsem. It was a fantastic way to get to see Cairo on our first evening. The food was delicious and our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The felucca ride on the nile at dusk was a wonderful experience as well. Go on an empty stomach as it's so much food! We even took some koshari leftovers back to our airbnb with us.
