Amazing!

Basem was very attentive and helpful. The pickup from the hotel was excellent in every way. The experience itself was amazing, a combination of gastronomy, typical dances, and the city's nightlife. Highly recommended!

A Nice River Cruise with “Interesting” Entertainment

This river cruise lasted about 3 hours and it was an interesting experience. The dinner we received on the boat was a large buffet that was quite chaotic. The food was decent but not amazing. We also found the dining hall to be rather messy and disorganized. Upstairs, the belly dancing was lots of fun and very authentic, but the bright lights and loud music made the experience difficult on the ears. The top deck was the best where we could get some good sights of the city along the banks of the river. We would have preferred to spend more time up there, but only found out we could take ourselves up there fairly late. Overall for USD30, this was fairly decent value for money, but if you are looking for a relaxed and refined experience, you might want to consider something else.

Great costumer service

It was a great experience enjoying the view of the Nile River, and the customer service was above and beyond. The food wasn’t amazing, but the drinks were nice and the belly dancing entertainment was great.

Wonderful experience

Wonderful night. Great entertainment. Everything went seamlessly. Too good. Food was good. Mango juice was yummy and desserts hit the spot.

Recommended - but very touristy

Let's be real: a Nile cruise is very touristy. We mainly chose to do this because it's one of the only ways to see a tanoura or belly dancer in Cairo, and those dancers were great, but you need to be prepared for being surrounded by lots and lots of fellow foreign tourists. We got picked up at our hotel by a very friendly driver and transported to the dock. Getting on the boat was a bit of a cattle call (remember, Egypt is not the land of polite queuing), but our driver got us right on the boat and to a prime front row table. The buffet dinner was delicious and full of variety, though the mad dash to the buffet made me think that some of my fellow travelers had not eaten in weeks. Note that drinks onboard are very expensive; a beer was more expensive that at our our upmarket hotel. Before the dancers was a set by Egypt's answer to Michael Buble, and that might be a good opportunity to check out the top deck and enjoy some Nile breezes. Keep in mind you spend a lot of time indoors and don't really see much of the Nile, but this is Cairo and not Aswan so enjoy the cruise and don't worry about watching the passing buildings. The twirling tanoura dancer spun himself like a mad man and the belly dancer was charming - both were brilliant. After the cruise, we were driven back to our hotel. While touristy and a little corny at times, the cruise was good fun and a good value for the money so I would recommend it as a fun outing in Cairo.

Bad food and little...

Bad food and little quality. Expensive drinks minimum $7. Not a good show, belly dance was boring and they kind of force you to take pictures during the show so you pay for them at the end.
