The guide was detailed enough and we actually visited the most important points of the city. He tried to show us as much as possible and answered our questions and questions. The lunch was very good. It was a pity the citadel fort was not visitable. In the van the air conditioning worked poorly in the back seats. At the beginning of the day there was a delay but we were always informed of the new scheduled time. Over the course of the day the weather was offset without problems.

The tour visits the most important points in Alexandria in just enough time to absorb the impressions. Unfortunately several tour operators hired Ramasside Tours and gave different information about when and where to start the tour (i.e. Viator said tour starts at 9:00 but the direct info from the agency gave exact info together with the picture where - in front of the mosque - and the picture of our guide was also given. Somehow we had to wait for an hour before the bus was full, we lost an hour. The guide made his best to make the best of the day, hat's off to the crew. A big minus to the agency.

Wonderful tour. Not a dull moment but also relaxed, friendly, and easy going. Mohamed as a great tour guide and we also had a wonderful time just hanging out with him. Truly knowledgable and passionate. My wife and I enjoyed his guidance and company. Super recommend!

This is a very well-structered, interesting tour including all main sights of the city. Our tour gide Mohammed organised everything well, we had no time pressure and the information provided was sufficient. His English is simply top. The value of your money is very good on this trip.

Full Day of exploring Alexandria. You will not be bored at all. We saw and did so many exciting things today. We went to some gardens when the King's castle is nestled by the sea, we went to a mosque, a cathedral, the catacombs, an excavation site, a castle, a souvenir shop, and we had lunch at an amazing restaurant with the view of the beach. Mohammed was our tour guide and he speaks perfect English. He was very knowledgeable and funny. The photographer Ahmed was great too. He took lots of photos of the group and individual photos of everyone. Then he sent them to us the same day. All in all it was a great tour. I would highly recommend it!!

Lots of sights crammed into a busy day. Our guide was great. Bus driver was a magician squeezing the coach through incredibly tight spots. It was an enjoyable day. The lunch was great . Recommend adding it for $5 extra. Downside. We booked for 9 but when confirmed, it was changed to 8. It worked for us, but if you need an exact timeframe beware.

My husband and I did a foodie tour in Alexandria. Our guide Karim was amazing, he made us feel safe and looked after. He didn't sugarcoat anything, he showed us the real side of Alexandria. He took us to uncharted areas and he knew a lot of history about the food and places in Alexandria. We had a range of foods, which were all yummy. I recommend doing this foodie tour with Karim, because the experience was worth it. Thankyou Karim for the opportunity to see Alexandrian food and life.

Our tour guide was amazing and very insightful. He spoke great English and was super friendly. They provided a vehicle for us to drive around Alexandria and see the beautiful/interesting landmarks. I would definitely recommend this tour with this company. Made it very simple and fun to do.
