Alexandria’s tour

If you would like to visit the main areas of Alexandria, I really recommend to take this tour with Mohamed. He’s very knowledgeable of the city. He will clearly explain all the details from the pharaohs, Grecs, Romains, Arabs. During this tour, I had the chance to visit the Alexandria Library, site of the ancient light house, Catacomb, oldest Church, Mosque.

Full day tour shoul be longer

to get a bottle of water during the tours will be nice, it can get really hot over there. Tour should be longer, we were at the hotel at 2pm

Very nice. Worth visiting

Had a great experience traveling to Alexandria. Our guide was Mr. Mahmood and driver was Mr.Muhammad. both are very kind and gave excellent information. Only if the tour had started a bit late and we knew if library was open on Friday than would have been better. Also mumtaza palace was in itinerary but it was closed for reservation. Also only 15 minutes given on mamura beach. It could have been more. But overall good tour.

A rip off

Horrible tourism company. Did not deliver what was promised. And driver was driving recklessly. Rip off.

Alexandria with Mohammed

Mohammed was an AMAZING guide. He knew his way around the city and history! Loved his stories as he showed us all the wonderful historical sites in Alexandria. He was warm, welcoming and answered our innumerable questions with a lot of patience and a beautiful smile. Super delighted to have requested his guidance as we toured Alexandria!

Excellent guide,, poor company..

Beautiful tour of Alexandria. Our guide Eman was brilliant. She is young. Vibrant and very knowledgeable. The tour she gave us was fascinating. We loved every minute and Eman had great stories to share with us about every point. The company itself is not well organised though. The office staff didn't communicate with us at all. We tried ringing them from an Egyptian line on the day of the tour to check what was happening and they ignored us. When we tried to ring again, they answered (clearly they do not value their own nationals) and the lady was asleep!! I wouldn't recommend the company as it provides very poor customer service. Eman however more than made up for this. She was very polite and apologised for the very poor performance of the office staff member. Ultimately a great time in Alexandria thanks to our lovely guide Eman.

Amazing Experience in Alexandria-More than an Adventure!!!

We are so happy with our full day tour to Alexandria. Our guide Mohamed and driver Islam were AWESOME! They went above and beyond. Mohamed was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. We learned so much about the City’s history. We laughed throughout the tour. Don’t forget to take lunch at the “Fish Market”, great food and spectacular! Amazing Experience in Alexandria. Thank you Ramasside tour for the memorable experience.
