You continue to the Grand Egyptian Museum, the largest archaeological museum ever built. Your guide walks you through the soaring atrium past the towering statue of Ramses II, up the Grand Staircase lined with royal monuments, and into the Tutankhamun galleries where his complete collection is shown together for the first time in history. You won't rush. Linger at the gold mask as long as you want, hear the stories behind the chariots, the throne, and the canopic shrines from someone who's studied them.

We had a great time with our Tour Guide Ahmed he was certainly an expert on the subject and with patience he answered all of our questions. Our driver was awesome as well, we felt safe and he took us everywhere we needed. We would recommend using this company if you plan on visiting Egypt and having a great time! :)

Our guide Rasha was terrific despite a major issue. The other party with us expected a private guide and driver but were paired with us and wanted the regular tour. They wanted a longer tour and wanted to some shopping. We were not interested in that. Rasha did her best to appease both of us. She was knowledgeable, passionate about Egypt and always maintained her composure. A great tour guide

Our guide and driver were excellent! They took the time to explain everything and didn't rush us. We paid twice as much for the excursion booked through the cruise ship and it wasn't half as good as this excursion.

This is a great way to see the Giza pyramids and Cairo museum when your cruise ship is in Alexandria. It’s a long day but it ran very smoothly and was definitely worth it. We were a couple and the tour was conducted with a group of 8 adults travelling in an minivan. Our guide Islam was very knowledgeable and he was kind with a less able member of the group. He took time to explain the history in advance of our arrival at the pyramids and guided us round the must see items in the museum. It was helpful that he used ear pieces to talk to us in the museum as I am partially deaf and it was a very busy environment there. We felt we had the right amount of time both in Giza and at the museum. Lunch was also very good, tasty local dishes. A word too for our excellent driver (sorry I didn’t catch his name) who skilfully navigated the busy highways on the long drive there and back. 4 stars instead of 5 because we were taken to a papyrus shop which wasn’t listed on and we had chosen this itinerary to avoid the shops and bazaars.

We had Ahmed as a tour guide and he was amazing! My grandma and grandpa move slowly and my grandma needs a cane or wheelchair to get around. Ahmed got her a wheelchair at the museum and drove us very close to the pyramids so we didn’t have to walk too far. Very nice and informative guy gave us a lot of history and background about the pyramids and the museum. Food was also very good! Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended. Our guide Ahmed was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Also took very good pics! Many thanks to our driver Sala as well. We were picked up from and dropped off at the port. Local lunch was also pretty good! Convenient and efficient way to see the Giza pyramids from Alexandria on a limited schedule.

This tour was spectacular! Both our tour guide and driver were fantastic. Rasha was an incredible tour guide with lots of knowledge to share. We were impressed with her detailed description(s) of both the Egyptian Museum and the Pyramids. This tour consisted of my husband and I and we felt very spoiled and well taken care of. We were picked up on time and dropped off, after the tour, on time and felt very safe the entire time while touring. We'd recommend this tour with Rasha to anyone. We're glad we booked this through Tripadvisor rather than booking a tour through the Cruise Line. The Cruise line tours included many people, touring on big buses. We toured in a comfortable mini van with just the driver, tour guide and us. A positive experience for sure! Thanks Rasha and "Batman" (our driver) for a job well done!!!!
