    • Free Cancellation: If canceled within a specified period (e.g., 24-48 hours) before the check-in date.

    • Partial Refund: If canceled after the free cancellation period, a percentage of the booking value may be charged.

    • No Refund: If canceled close to the check-in date or in case of a no-show.

  • Non-Refundable Bookings: Some hotel bookings may be non-refundable, meaning no refunds will be provided for any cancellations. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

3. Excursion Bookings

  • Excursion cancellations are subject to the policies of the individual tour operator.

  • Common cancellation scenarios include:

    • Free Cancellation: If canceled within a specified period (e.g., 24-72 hours) before the excursion date.

    • Partial Refund: If canceled after the free cancellation period, a percentage of the booking value may be charged.

    • No Refund: If canceled close to the excursion date or in case of a no-show.

5. Refunds

  • Changes to bookings (e.g., date changes, hotel changes) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Trivaway may consider waiving cancellation fees in exceptional circumstances (e.g., death, serious illness, or natural disaster), subject to providing appropriate documentation.

8. Trivaway’s Cancellation

  • In the unlikely event that Trivaway has to cancel your booking, you will be offered a full refund or the option to book an alternative arrangement, if available.
